Dr. Abrar Chaudhry

Co-Founder HCC Global

Abrar is the Co-Founder of HCC Global and a pioneer in introducing ERP systems in Pakistan. He holds an MBA and Ph.D. in Environmental Change and Management (Distinction) from the University of Oxford and is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).

Abrar works at the intersection of environmental management, strategy, and technology. He engages closely with governments, funders, the private sector, and research institutions to convert ideas into practice.

Abrar teaches strategy at the Oxford MBA Programme, has published widely in leading academic journals, authored influential research papers, collaborated on global projects, and presented at numerous prestigious international conferences.

Tania Chaudhry
Tania Chaudhry

CEO HCC

Tania is the Chief Executive Officer of HCC Global, bringing over 25 years of international experience across technology, law, consulting, and education. Her proven leadership and cross-sector expertise have been instrumental in driving sustained growth and long-term success for the business.

Tania oversees the global practice, delivering digital transformation services across South Asia and MENA. Under her leadership, HCC achieved fivefold revenue growth and fourfold workforce expansion over seven years. The team includes 200 consultants and 300 women tech trainees, serving 400 clients.

Tania holds an LLM in Corporate Law from Columbia University and is an Advocate of the High Court. She is also the founder of a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the gender gap in technology in Pakistan.

Senior Partner

Nasir is a Partner at HCC Global and a Fellow Chartered Accountant who graduated as a gold medalist from ICAP in Pakistan. He leads the technology practice of HCC Global, driving innovation, efficiency, and strategic growth in the firm’s digital transformation initiatives.

In addition to being a senior partner of a large accountancy practice in Pakistan, he serves on ICAP's technical advisory committees. His industry expertise enables innovative technology deployment across diverse sectors.

Nasir's deep business knowledge and strategic vision provide cutting-edge experience in effectively managing successful tech implementations across various industries and complex operational environments worldwide.

Abbas is the Practice Lead – Head of Technology Consulting at HCC and a Chartered Certified Accountant with 16 plus years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry, including more than 11 years in senior leadership roles.

Abbas has strong expertise in the field of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP’s), Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR’s), Business Development, Presales Activities, and driving operational efficiencies across diverse industries.

Abbas has deep expertise and extensive business domain knowledge across several industry verticals. With 100+ project implementation experience across different countries, he is highly skillful in managing large teams of highly skilled business and IT Consultants.
